Electromyography is a diagnostic test our physicians utilize to assist referring physicians in establishing diagnoses, determining prognoses, and assisting in proper patient management.

Electromyography testing is most commonly used in the detection of:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Ulnar Neuropathy
  • Footdrop
  • Polyneuropathy
  • Radiculopathies
  • Muscle Disease
  • Nerve Injuries
  • Peripheral Nerve Injuries
  • Brachial and Lumbosacral Plexopathies

Our EMG physicians have undergone special training in electromyography. This training maximizes the ability of our physicians to consider appropriate differential diagnoses in planning and performing the EMG exam.

Our physicians are board certified, board eligible, or have over ten years of experience in electrodiagnostic medicine. Rehabilitation Associates of Colorado, P.C. is one of the largest EMG providers in the country, and as such, we help set the standard in electrodiagnostic testing.
